Would you do it?
I have an inguinal hernia and wasn't sure if PE would be safe or what devices/exercises should be avoided.
Thanks for the input..I think I'm going to do jelqs and stretching and if any pain occurs ill stop.

Fisch You should NOT be doing PE with a hernia! That is the last thing you need is to make things worse! Use this as a break.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

Where is the hernia located? If in your abdomen, or groin area, pulling on the groin tissue doing PE could cause strangulation. A hernia will not go away by it's self so don't pretend it will, or ignore it. It will worsen with time. Are you planning on getting this repaired?

Ok thanks guys.
JP, I do plan and hope to get the surgery soon, I'm on a terribly long wait list that I was told may take a year. So,yes I certainly shouldn't do anything to make it worse. I've already been on a really long break from PE and was hoping to return, but a strangulated hernia would be no fun so ill just wait. Thanks again guys.https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...-8x6-25-a.html <-- log

I also have an inguinal hernia and I have not noticed any problems using an extender for 2.5 months and Bathmate for one month. In my experience, pulling on the penis does not seem to pull the hernia through the abdominal wall. But everything else said above is right: A hernia will not go away and must be corrected eventually through surgery.
