I am in a burn out stage again , I don't know whats a matter with me , This whole summer has been half ass on my work out ..Hanging, Pump , jelq etc...
I was seeing results on getting to my goal of 7 " , Getting excited to see my goal soon and i have been burned out for about a week and a half so far.
Its the prep time and hours out of the day that i am shying away from, It takes a lot of dedication.
I have done this lay off a couple times this summer and its not good because i don't want to go backwards.
I will try and get back my motivation tonight.

If you are trying to hang, pump and do a manual rotine your trying to do too much, how many sets of each are you doing and what is your routine set up like. If you do way to much it is going to end up like this.
Why not cut it down and stay in it for the long haul, consistency is the key my freind. You would be better of to do 150 jelques 3 times a week then doing 250 five times a week if you quit the 5 a week routine every three weeks. think about it. nYour burning yourself out.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I agree with BigO 100%. I have been lifting for over 30 years very regularly, and in that time I have seen 100's of guys come to the gym and are absolute gang busters - for a month or two - then never see them again. If you make it into work you will not enjoy it, and if you derive little pleasure from it - you will quit. Way better to make tiny gains while keeping at it, then quick ones brought about by too much time and/or effort.
