    I've never had such annoying morning wood in my life. These things are rock solid and WONT go away even though I have to piss like a mother fucker, which sucks because I sleep on the couch and my mom is watching TV when I wake up.

    Is this normal for you guys? Is it good or a bad thing?

    I've been exercising since July 27th last month. So far I've had to skip two routines... I know that blows.. Just a damn hassle sometimes.

    It is a good thing. I have heard that one thing it means is the you entered REM sleep. That is the good restorative phase of sleep.

    Alpha that is a great thing besides if you are on the couch it will work like a bike kick stand and stop you from rolling off the couch.

    Morning wood is a part of life and strong morning wood is a POSITIVE thing! Just embrace it and don't worry about it. They'll come a day when you're older that you WISH you had morning wood like that again!

    To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.
