Thread: workouts without privacy time

    Hello PEGym enthusiasts,
    I have been seeing alot of requests for ways to PE when time and privacy are limited. So here is what I would like to ask all of those who have successfully been able to continue PE when under conditions such as camping, vacationing, having family in town and any other situation that is similar in nature.
    Basically lets have a thought sharing session here and put our knowledge out for all to share. I will start with some ideas and then you can all jump in and share the wealth of knowledge. My goal is to make PE an option to all even when it seems there is know way to pull it off( hehe, he said pull it off).

    Things I do when I cant get a full session due to lack of time:

    1) fowfers or actually hold it in your hand and massage to get blood flow and loosen up when warm up methods arent going to work for you at the times in question.
    2) stretching even if its only a set of circles or one round of stretches listed in the JP90 day beginner routine. I work construction so I have even done this in the porta pottys, yuk but by the end of a day I can usually get in enough to feel as if i had a good work out!
    3) The dry jelque, this one I would especially love to have the techniques of those who have mastered this fine stealth exercise. I believe that if you master this one you are the king of stealth PE because jelquing with out any lube and still not ripping of your johnson kinda makes you the man.

    Ok so you all know what I am trying to get here out of all of your knowledge, operators are standing by so let her rip, and remember that when there is a will there will always be a way, always!

    If I don't have privacy I usually grab a blanket and sit in a chair. I cross my legs (indian style) and cover up and stretch a bit. If we are watching a movie/tv I have plenty of time to stretch under a blanket. If someone asks why I have the blanket I just say I am cold/not feeling well. If someone asks why I am sitting cross legged I tell them I am stretching (my legs). Nobody has ever asked, but if someone does I would say just that. I talk nonchalantly quite a lot so I have never had a problem with telling a lie such as this.

    I do stretches in the shower and when I am done I turn the shower knob to cold and that way it still sounds like I am showering, but it doesn't increase the electric bill because I am no longer using the hot water heater. Then I do some jelqing/edging. It isn't the full workout that I normally do, but if I am pressed for time or if I lack privacy it is a routine that is better than nothing.

    Oh, I also do some stretching when I use the men's room. I will go into the stall and do a few stretches and dry jelqs. I do that daily even when I have my privacy at home. The more tension I provide my penis the more it will grow.

    I try and do piss pulls (another name for the JAI Stretch) whenever I use the bathroom. I often do 20 before I pee.

    The piss pull (JAI Stretch) is done by gripping your penis with an OK grip behind the glands:
    1. Gently stretch your penis and hold for two seconds.
    2. While still holding the penis, release the stretch for two seconds.
    3. Repeat steps two and three until you reach desired number of reps.

    I also do bed fowfers and sometimes do some fowfers while sitting at the computer.

    Do the piss pulls really work, i mean you pull gently and only 20, has anyone actually seen success doing them?

    Maybe I am conditioned to hang lower when after stretching but after a few light piss pulls i notice my flacid stays elongated for a good long while, this is a good thing.
