      WTF, what helps the healing process, to ejaculate or to edge? Edging is good for the penis as far as stamina goes and does push blood into the weenie as well .
      Edging can lead to overdoing it for many though and it seems that alot of people think they can just edge away. You must still factor in the total workload. some can handle amazing amounts but one would not want to start PE and a few weeks later start edging and go for 3 hours a day after every workout, just remember it is a workout to and should be treated as such.

        Yep =] It's also considered as a warm down exercise. Also helps you get morning woods more frequently if you keep at it.

          Yes, I agree that edging should be treated as a separate session and workout as opposed to a warm-down thing. I reserved and have always reserved edging for a late night or early morning one to two hours--sometimes longer--session. I reached my longest and thickest during a couple of these sessions. (2004) I was able to edge my dick once or twice that year to 13" by 8". I have never repeated that in recent years, but it is nice to remember and to recall that I reached that potential length and girth.

            I try to finish every workout with some edging just to get fresh blood into all the nooks and crannies.

                        Thats exactly my thought. Nothing too crazy, just enough to to get some good blood flow and some fresh nutrients flowin' in my willy.

                        Its the same concept as lifting weights and working out. Basically the blood flow removes the bad stuff that builds up in your muscles and replenishes it with the stuff that helps you repair and grow.

                            When you say edging, do you mean 'balancing precariously on the very edge of the PONR for as long as possible' or 'hands off then back later'?
                            Starting stats: BPEL: 6.5" EG 4.5"

                            Aim: BPEL: 7.5" EG 5.5"

                            Would ideally want BPEL: 8.0" EG 6"
