    O.K. I wanted to post this because I keep reading guys want help on girth exercises also reading post's and looking at members signatures and seeing they gain length and gain very little or no girth at all !!!
    I truly believe they are
    #1 Not giving enough ((REST TIME)) repeat ((REST TIME)) TIME TO HEAL !! GIRTH WORK IS INTENSE !!
    #2 Not doing an intense enough workout.
    More is NOT always better !

    Check out one of my post on my personal log when I started
    I went from 5.4" Mid shaft girth to 5.750" mid shaft girth in 5 months ! and spent a lot less time doing PE but reaping
    HUGE benefits My length gained almost 1.00 " also in the 5 month's.

    Guys check it out and i hope you can gain something out of this remember most guys think more is better
    as you will see with a little more rest time I was gaining by THE WEEK !!!



    February 26’Th
    Starting stats 6.375” X 5.4” mid shaft 6.050 EG at base.
    No warm up. I know not a good thing
    5 way light stretches in each direction / 30 second holds with 30 seconds in between pulls
    Basic Jelqs / light O.K. grip for 5 minutes.
    This was 1 day on 3 days off a lot of times missing 5 days in a row a lot going on not enough time.


    March 18’Th
    6.420 Length X 5.430 EG mid shaft
    March 18th I took measurements not much progress decided to invest more time into PE exercise
    Now doing every 4’Th day workout 1day on 3 day’s off with a light medium O.K. grip.
    March 18 2009 stats


    April 18’Th stats
    6.6 length X 5.5 mid shaft
    April 18’Th new measurements showed gains in both length and girth.
    Still no warm up’s.
    5 way stretches 30 seconds for 2 sets
    Basic jelqs with light medium grip 5 – 10 minutes
    1 set of 5 way light stretches every day also in shower and waking up in morning for 30 second holds.
    Kegals 25 for 2 sets 3 second holds

    May 21’st
    6.7” X 5.560 mid shaft
    May 21’st new measurements showed small gains length and girth
    I am increasing to a medium pull on stretches.
    5 way stretches 30 seconds 2 sets with (medium) pull
    O bends 4 to the left 4 to the right 20% erect
    Basic Jelqs with medium O.K. grip
    3 Ulis for 10 second hold
    Also doing a medium hold ULI with left hand while using right hand jelqs using a light O.K...Grip. 2 sets
    For 20 second holds jelq stroke 3-4 seconds long.
    Kegals 25 reps for 2 sets 3-4 second holds


    O.K. so now I start measuring like crazy and put in my log book every time I see a gain of .1 in length
    and anything in girth.

    Now with the medium pulls the length starts to come faster along with girth, being I also increased girth workout.

    NOTE
    Veins are getting bigger
    Increase Kegals to 5 second holds 2 sets of 25 every 2nd or 3rd day.

    June 5’Th
    6.9” X 5.580” EG mid shaft.

    June 11’Th
    7.0” X 5.620” eg mid shaft

    June 14’Th FINALLY DOING REAL WARM UPS !

    June 19’Th
    7.1” X 5.620” eg mid shaft

    June 26’Th
    7.150” X 5.650”

    July 2’nd
    7.2” X 5.7
    Veins were much larger and that bad boy looked very MEAN hehehe

    As you will see I have also taken a lot of breaks and missed days thats not a bad thing because a lot of members who missed days then remeasured have claimed they grew and the reason was they had time to repair and GROW !

        Getting a good routine with the right intensity and recovery time and you have to grow I know the feeling my penis had after the workout and the next day and half that I would be seeing a gain in size and I measured every time I did a workout.

        I also had a good diet program also eating at key times helps.

          With PE, does the glans increase in proportion with the shaft?
          Starting stats: BPEL: 6.5" EG 4.5"

          Aim: BPEL: 7.5" EG 5.5"

          Would ideally want BPEL: 8.0" EG 6"

                What was the feeling after you did the exercises and next day. In example, soreness, etc???

                  Nice post man and thanks for sharing, but i think you're one of the lucky ones. Some guys just grow faster, genetics i guess. And your growing rate is awesome, so you are on that list, especially considering that you worked really light.

                    I do jp90 routine and i try to do 2 on 1 off but so far ive done 2 on 2 off as i feel i need 2 days rest, i wont feel guilty at all about it now, or when i cant workout do to time i will also know its not so bad.

                      I tried his program for a couple of weeks, and trust me, your dick will be sore for the next day or two. The three days off was a lot for me, though, so I just took some of the meat & potato exercises and devised one that allows me to go 2on/1off.

                        The exercise you are doing light stretches and 5 min jelq is a very light beginners program that I would do for the 1st week or 2.

                        A intense girth program I am referring to I did say (doing a good intense girth program I did take 3 days rest).
                        Girth work requires a good 2 - 3 days rest depending how intense you make it.

                        Example given: Say you want to build your chest for size and strength
                        Do you go to the GYM workout for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and expect to get big and strong ?? Not going to
                        happen !
                        You will over train and see no gains.
                        Same thing if you go and lift very little weight for 10 minutes 2 times a week you will see very little gains.
                        A good intense Workout on chest 2 times a week every 4th or 5th day your body will fully repair,it will grow and get stronger.

                          It definitely felt sore hours later also on my 1st rest day sore, 2nd rest day still a bit sore 3rd day feeling much better
                          also 1st and 2nd rest day NO morning wood 3rd day 50 - 70 % morning wood, and 4th day BOOM full wood and ready
                          to workout !
                          During my days off 2nd - 3rd I did stretches and 5 minutes each day of edging and some reverse kegals to get the blood flowing.

                            Actually the gains came better when doing a medium intensity then went to med hard.
