It's been almost 5 months since I last posted on the forum.
I've maintained a 3-4day training session per week on JP90's, but have upped the intensity of my work outs after the 2nd month.
I do kegels on the way to work/uni at 150. Mostly it is done every second day. I also kegel during my jelqs.
I have achieved close to 1/6inch in both length and girth but I wasn't expecting much to happen in this short period anyway.
I am however experiencing super high quality EQ. Before joining here, I always generally had a 115% rock hard erection - and this always made it hard for me to do my jelqs. (Used to the exercise now so much better) but now, when I wake up with the little glory I have in my pants, it's harder than ever. And stays up longer too. I guess this is a sign that the workouts are doing [I]something[I].
I think I am well and truly ready to move on to a new routine which heavily concentrates on girth workouts.
Can anybody give me some direction with laying out a new routine with me. I know which exercises are available for this, but if anyone is out there who has experience in focusing on girth, and has seen some good gains in girth, please share your workout plans with me.
I will start clamping today, but will take it easy. I have read the clamping section carefully and have tested it out the other day before I move on. It feels like a good, controlled exercise.
Superslammers are also underway. Could this replace most of my jelqing? I am not planning to drop jelqing 100%, but will probably drop the intensity to allow for more time on girth workouts.
Every other day I might replace the Uli for clamping. Combine this with the horse squeeze and I'll see what happens.
I'm just going to start easy as if I was doing the JP90 programme. See how I feel in 1-2 weeks and then up the intensity if required.
If anyone can give me good advice or direction with my goals here, please leave a comment!

Don't know about a specific routine, but you can throw these girth exercises in the beginning of your workout... they helped me gain about 0.2 inches in girth in about three weeks.
ULI's are my favorite, get at least 90% hard and place the OK grip at the base and squeeze for about 10-15 seconds for 2-3 sets. You will see your veins get engorged... be careful though, because you can bust a vein like that and it takes a lot out of your dick.
Semi-erect bends help me, too. I get about 40%-50% hard, place the OK grip at the base (don't squeeze too hard), use your other hand and slowly bend your penis 90 degrees in every direction (left, right, down)... I don't bend it up as I've heard it can be damaging.

I think you're right on track youve been patient with the begginers routine and made some gains. You also dont seem desperate so thats a good sign, i read an amazing girth thread made by radiohead. It has a bunch of girth routine for begginers, intermediate and veterans. I think you should do some intermediate girth exercises as Ujelqs (also a great thread on this ) and then after doing those for a while and seeing how rou react to those then start with the slammers and finally after that the clamps if you need them, i would only consider clamping if i didnt have the success i wanted doing the manual exercises. And the ujelq or the slammers seem to be enough and really good for pe health.

I'll definitely be doing some Ulis, no doubt about it.
Have you maintained girth exercises on a regular basis, and what have the effects been like? 0.2inch in 3 weeks is actually damn good if it can be maintained! Did your growth continue thereafter?

I figured I can't be running around telling myself that in a few months I'll have a bigger dick. After doing some reading, it's pretty obvious you have to put in the work. I guess it's just like most thing you want in life. I just hope my patience pays off cause I've also read some stories I wish I didn't come across!!

I think I've got my basic routine up now after reading radioheads thread. Thanks for passing it on.
Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for cause there have been so many posts on such extensive material.
Anywho, good luck with your gains man. I hope to see some my self in the next few months!just get it

The way I see it, girth is going to take a while regardless. There's a poster here named Livin' Life who had some insane girth increases in a relatively short amount of time. I suggest to give his log a look.
