Hey guys I've been doing PE for over a month and have done it previously but took a break. Currently my routine is 10 min warm up 15 minute hanging with 3 lbs another 10 min warm up 5 minutes of stretching 15 minutes of jelqing. I have never experienced penis "fatigue" or pain or felt anything that has told me that was to much. Should I increase my work outs or is it just because my penis is quite used to things (only been doing this for about 1 month now and I've always masturbated fairly rough) So i don't know if I should increase my work outs until I notice something then back down or continue on the path I am going and slowly adding more time each week.

1 month is nothing in PE and I think the hanging might be too advanced for you. Just keep at it and the gains will come. Don't overtrain bud!

IMO you should not even be thinking about doing any hanging until you have done 6 months of PE at the very least. Do JP90 or something similar to condition your unit first.Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")
Short Term Goal - BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 4.75"
Long Term Goal - BPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.75"
