I've been doing P.E for about 3yrs on and off now. Initially i made good progress but i always seemed to pick up injuries (pain in testicles etc) I've modified my stretching technique and i think i've i've solved that problem, but the other thing that always seemed to bring my progress to a halt was girth excercises.

I always seem to get N.I from even the most simple of girth work (poor eq, turtling etc).

Has anybody else had issues like this??
