How do you rappers hang? I mean how do you hangers wrap? Yeah, that's better. I just started a hanging routine, which I outline below. I am including issues I am having and general comments and questions. Please, vets, chime in and let me know what you think.
Issue: Wrapping. I use a single felt fabric wrap, about two inches wide by eight inches long. I am getting skin creep. I skin back as best as I can before wrapping but still get a lot of (not-so-comfortable) stretching of my skin. My wiener now looks like a bloodhound's face. I may have to get re-circumsised! I tried wrapping in adhesive tape under the felt, which worked great until I had to take the adhesive tape off. OUCH-MOTHERFUCKER-SHIT-OUCH!!!! I remember some vets talking about Theraband (sp?), but I haven't been able to find it. So what are you hangers using to wrap? Please list the pros and cons.
Question: I want length more than girth right now. Should I stop all girth work and concentrate on my length work exclusively? If not, how much girth work should I be doing?
Question: I am currently hanging with eight pounds. I feel like this is comfortable. I have been stretching manually for an hour a day for quite a while now and feel that eight pounds is no problem. I could probably move up in weight pretty quickly but I will stick with eight pounds for now. I can feel pretty good fatigue in my ligs and tunica but I feel as though I can hang another four or so pounds with no problem. How long should I stay at eight pounds? How much weight should I add how often?
My current routine: Four twenty-minute sets at eight pounds daily, ideally split into AM and PM sessions, but sometimes I have to pack it all into a single session (20 minute hang, ten minute rest, 20 minute hang, rinse and repeat). No rest days (am I crazy?) unless I absolutely feel a need to take a break.

I use ace wrap. I think it's 2" wide. Start about 1/2-1" behind the glans and then wrap down to the base making sure not to wrap too tight.
I tried theraband once but didn't like it at all.Goal: Huge

Thanks, Gravik. What kind of hanger are you using? You apply your hanger that far back behind the glans? Seems like only the tunica near the base is getting a stretch.
