Thread: Finshing JP90's. And now.......

Well, in 2 weeks for now Im finishing my first routine ever on PE - the JP90's. I will have 1.5 month after I finish it, and then Im flying abroad for about 4 months. So this is what I thought :
1] In the 1.5 month left I think I will continue with the jp90 routine but add some more reps to each excersise.
2] During the 4 months trip I will try to do the Big Al's "jelq Free" routine ("The Squeeze" + "Side-to-side stretch").
Do you think It's fine? What would you do if you were me? Maybe new excersise after the JP90 finished? Maybe a different routine instead of the "jelq free" one?
p.s - I haven't gained something I can tell about until now with the Jp90.. maybe a few milimeters in length.. MAYBE.

I would finish the jp90 how it is then keep doing it but add more reps and stretches, you keep it up and you'll see gains in no time.

Hey Steve, thanks for replying.
What do you mean by adding stretches? like in addition to the rotations and the basic ones? or instead? can you give an example?
And also - do you think I can do some tunica tugs already? or it's too soon?
I know my tunica limiting my gains, and I feel like my penis cannot get more erected than what it is today.. so I must stretch my tunica.
