I was wondering if anyone here has done some form of penis enlargement exercises for 1 year or more but has not seen any results at all.
I would like to hear your story and see what you did in that one year. I don't expect a lot of answers because chances are if you've done it for a year and seen zero results, you're probably not on here anymore. But if you are, share your story please. I think we can all learn something from your experience (what not to do) and maybe also if we pinpoint what you've done wrong, you can fix it and finally start gaining.

This guy says he did for years with no gains

I saw some pretty remarkable gains in my "first" six weeks of a solid routine. I gained .4" in length and .2" in girth in six weeks. Then, life got complicated and I couldn't perform that routine because I was living in the family room of my friends house and sleeping on the couch. My routine is complex and time-consuming. I spend about 45-60minutes stretching, 10-15mins jelqing, and 15-20mins edging. My PE workout generally lasts 90minutes each day. I go until fatigue every time I stretch. This means my ligs are starting to become sore but not to the point of "pain" but to the point that I cannot pull as tightly and there is discomfort. This fatigue notion was thought of because of my knowledge of muscular hypertrophy--body building. Concerning muscular growth, your muscle needs to go through fatigue. The last few reps in a set are the most important. You must push yourself and go to failure in order to see muscle gain. That is how I saw significant results in those six weeks. Go until fatigue. Don't necessarily go to failure because the penis as much more fragile than, say, the quadriceps. Also, this "go to fatigue" idea is only for advanced PEers. If you have yet to condition your tool you need to do that first. It is crucial. You only get one cock, treat it with care.
Now, during the last four weeks I saw nothing. Zilch, nada. Why: I couldn't go until fatigue. I was rushed and I couldn't stretch as long either. I believe those who are not seeing results are not pulling hard enough, long enough, and they are not performing enough sets.
I only chose to respond because I feel this thread would be better utilized as a knowledge tool if we *prevent guys from getting frustrated then quitting (as you said, you assume most of the guys who didn't see results for a year would no longer be here). We need to make sure people know that this is serious business. It takes an experimental approach to determine what works, or does not work. I feel pretty confident with the idea that going until fatigue is almost crucial to see gains. The body adapts to survive. If we put enough stress on a certain part of our body then we will see contained hypertrophy. For some, this fatigue may only take 25 minutes. I know, for me, it certainly takes 45mins or more.
FYI, this fatigue theory isn't necessarily novel. This is the same theory that penile extenders use and, of course, body builders use. There is scientific evidence to back up both of those claims...just not directly relating to manual stretches.

Thanks for sharing your experience/expertise ByggD. I created this thread for that very purpose you mentioned, to be used as a knowledge too. Too often there are threads talking about gaining an inch in 3 months but I want to know more about the difficulties that lie behind PE as well...hopefully not to be a source of discouragement for people, but I am one of those people who prefer to know the good and the bad side of things so I can prepare myself better. It's good to know what works but I think it's just as valuable to know what doesn't work.

I can't really report any length gains this month, although the comparison photo would be deceiving. I was able to measure more in the seated position than previously but not in the standing position. Not sure what's up with that?
I expect for most of my length gains to come from hanging, where I can experience the aformetioned fatigue (without getting a cramped hand). My first several months are for conditioning anyway. I always intended to move on to the serious PE (hanging, clamping etc).

1 year and only gained .25" in length and it took 5 months to do that so thats pretty close to nothing considering most members gains. Nothing in length since. I have been using an extender for 3 months now and it doesnt leave much time left over for manual PE but I try to get in about 3 a week. No length gains so far from the extender and I have 200 + hours in it. The only thing I think it is doing is maybe adding girth. Before I got fed up and bought the extender I was doing a 5 on 2 off program of jelqs and stretches and using an improvised extender for an hour or so a day. The improvised extender is where I think I got the .25" gain because I seen nothing but veins with jelqing and stretches. When I do stretches, no matter for how long or how hard I pull I feel nothing in in my ligs. No fatigue, nothing. It feels like the stretchs are a waist of time and from my "gains" it has been. I'm Starting to think it just isn't designed to be any bigger. I guess its special in that regard.
