Many use a rice sock, I use a flax seed sock. It is what is sounds like. Pour around 2 cups of rice in a sock, tie it off, microwave until toasty - usually a minute or less does it. Wrap it over your penis for 10 to 15 minutes to warm up. Avoid heating your balls! It is easy to burn yourself, so be careful.
The rice/flax seed is reusable indefinitely. I like flax seed as it really holds the heat a long time. I put it in a plastic bag, tied off inside a sock. Makes it easier to change socks when I want a clean sock.
For jelqing lube I like Equate Baby Oil Gel from WalMart. Olive oil works too, but has to be re-applied more often and tends to drip.
