Thread: tips to make a log?

hey so i was going over some logs and realized its just a system of taking measurements. this reminded me of my surveying class. which made me think of the system that was set up for taking measurements very very accurately. so for the most part people take the same measurements in the same position. but it seems like people should have more info. things like write down the exact time whenever you take a measurement. you should write if its colder out or warmer so write the weather cause that can greatly affect the outcome of ur measurements. should list where you take the measurements if its the same place not just the same position. should list if you feel cold or warm or just overall how do you feel. if you feel sick and are sick that can not allow you to see gains. basically im trying to get people thinking to list a very detailed account when they measure so if you arent gaining as fast as you think you should or getting no results or even haveing inverse affects to gains you can go back and see these left out variables and make a descion for example my gains reverted back to what they were 3 weeks ago. well right away someone might get annoyied and stop pe or change up a very good routine to something worse instead of realizeing that his unwritten variables were so different from the first 3 weeks compared to the most reacent
