So if you guys have positive PI's on a rest day do you stick with doing rest day or do you do a workout?
Im doing 2 on 1 routine and and today is my rest day, yesterday i did a little bit of a lighter workout (one less set of stretching) and today im having some good positive PI's. Last night it felt like i had night wood all night and today my penis is in that "jelly state", it feels like ive had a 10% erection all day so far.
Would you workout or stick with the rest day?

stick with the rest day! even though your penis feels fine to exercise it still needs that all important rest day for the cells to repair rest days are just as important to your training as training daysnew stats 4th Sept 2011
