  • PE shrinking your penis

    so basically this is the middle point of the thir week mesaured and everything is the same but some measurements are actually descreased..... so my question is can PE actually make your penis smaller

    seems to have made mine skinnier
    Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
    Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

      i think it means you're over doing it. try cutting back a little in your workout

        my routine is jps 90 day jelq then after it i use an extender for 2-6 hours a day

          If your extending and doing jp90 still, take more rest days. No rest no gain.

              i do 5 days on 2 days off.. ur saying i should do 4 day on 3 days off or even more days off?

                Possibly, your shrinkage or so you think could be a lower EQ from over training and not enough rest

                        I am not really sure- all I know is when I get dressed up really hot-no one is shrinking anywhere any how. A red teddy works great for shrinkage-all of a sudden there is NONE.

                          whats your schedule? like 5 days on 2 days off? 2 days on 1 day off?

                              Maybe your 6 hours of extending should be cut down to 1-2 after your pe workout, you're still doing the jp90 to condition yourself, so you're most likely overdoing it
