hey so i was just wondering what time is the most efficent to get the PE coach with big AL. i was thinking get it right off the bat but then i thought i should prob do the jp 90 routine first get conditioned and then hire big AL. my only reasoning on this is when u start off with most things there not much variety to what u can do. so im thinking hell probably say do jps 90 day routine or something very similar and he wont give me much insight on something i dont no. but what do u guys think?

If I could have done it all over I would have gone straight to Big al.
You could start up with the JP but take me for an example The jp routine was to intense and I ended up hurt .
I looked around on this forum and it soon became clear that it its litterally impossible to find the answers i needed because you will get to many different viewpoints .
We are all different , Big al will use your feedback to figure out what you need or dont need and coach you what to do , problem solved.
its much safer this way and you will gain faster
While there is some knowledge people in here , there are many that have no clue really and asking them for advice is a crap shot.

If you want to spend the money for the help, go for it! I wish I didn't wait until a month or two ago to use his services. He's got me going in a different direction I'd have ever thought to go on myself, and it seems to be working.Comment

Dont think that because your new he wouldnt have alot to offer. I think the beginning stages may be the most important part of PE, you are setting your foundation and the saying still goes "no time like the present".Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than beforeComment

If you can spare the money, you should go for it. Like DemOne said, I wish I had gone for it when I first started. I struggled for 7 months, and now I am doing something completely different.Comment

I agree with the others. I wish I had known about Big Al and Dr. Howard long ago. I spent over a year, maybe 18 months meddling in PE after the beginner workout. Not that I hurt myself or anything, but I think I would have gained more by now had I known. They have since helped me focus much better and hopefully I will be a long run gainer for my exact goals.Comment
