Hi i wasn't active for a time but now i started to do PE again..
However i have a question
i think my lot is 6 because when i stretch my dick up and do some kegels i feel it tug back a little bit and when i stretch it down i dont feel no tugging back.. so i understand now that it will be harder to get gains when you have lot of 6.. what do i have to do now? when i jelq im lying on my back watching tv and i mostly jelq upward (towards my belly) is this correct? can some one please give me some specific info?

Ignore the LOT theory. It's been proven to be completely inaccurate time and time again.
