Thread: Stretching one side more

This may have been discussed before but when i stretch to the right i don't feel as much of a stretch as when to the left and my results mirror this as now its visible that side has grown more.
Any suggestions on how to even this out?

What do you mean? The ligament feels looser, the tunica feels looser on the right? I know my left ligament is a little looser than my right more or less because I wear boxer and I hang it to the left.

Then you should stretch the side that's not as loose more, ie. If you do 2 stretches to one side, then do 4 to the tighter side and it will loosen up over time. Not everyones build 100% perfect

Ok thanks, I had kinda figured that would work but I was thinking its not that simple in body building it might not be in pe
