    well i decided that i would take jp 90's original routine and incorporate some of big al's ideas for me, at the moment i am looking purely for length then i will go for girth.
    this a 5 days in a row routine then i take the weekend off, let me know what you guys think.
    may seem like alot, but that's only because of the helishakes which take like 10 seconds

    8 min warmup
    helishakes
    left and right 25 kegels
    20 circles
    helishakes
    20 straight kegels and 20 circles
    helishakes
    10 up kegels 10 down kegles 10 circles
    helishake
    50 normal jelqs followed by 30 v jelqs
    helishake
    50 normal jelqs followed by 30 v jelqs
    1.5 min side to side stretches
    50 erect kegels
    5 min warmdown
    25/08/11- start

    EL=5 13/16 inches EG=4.13/16 inches

    STG
    EL=6.0 EG=5.0

    MTG
    EL=6.3 EG=5.3

    LTG
    EL=7.0 EG=5.5
