Hey all. Just thought I'd make a thread to see what every body's kegal routines are like.

My routine goes as follows.. I do 12 and a half minutes of 10 second holds. I start when the second hand gets to 12.. hold for 10 seconds.. rest for 5 seconds.. hold for 10 seconds when the second hand gets to 3 and rest for 5 seconds and so on.. doing this for 12 and a half minutes. It amounts to 50 10 second kegal holds.

Then through out the day I do 'kegal bursts' which is where I'm not actually holding the pc muscle but I just flex the pc muscle. I think this builds endurance. I do this for the rest of the day.
