I've always been pulling my dick whenever I got the chance, taking a pee or other
time on my own. But recently I stopped doing it and I have a different feeling on
rest days and between workouts. It feels bigger. It's like the penis really needs every time to heal
and grow, were all different, this is only my case. I wonder how sensitive the penis really is
between workouts and on rest days.
I think it is very sensitive, at least mine, whenever we pull the tissue when is it going to adapt grow
to its new size? Also it gets very tired. Perhaps this is nonsense, but it might help someone else trying to

No doubt that there can only be three outcomes when doing PE (or any exercise): 1) you didn't do enough; 2) you did the correct amount; or 3) you did too much. For guys who do #3, rest days are super important. Finding where #2 is for each guy is obviously the key for max gains. It appears you are getting there schedule wise. Too many guys post asking how much or how often, then feel they got a canned response when we come back at them and say it is up to the individual. By you trying it a couple of different ways you now have a better answer for yourself. Stay observant however, because what works good for you now could very well change again several months down the road.

I've actually experienced the same thing. I was so dead set on gaining I was pulling on my dick soon as I woke up, every time I pissed, etc. Eventually it got to the point where my EQ was suffering so I not only ditched the extra bullshit but also cut down on girth work (went from 5 days a week to 3 and just edged those other 2 and took 2 days completely off) I was more concerned with just getting my EQ back, but honestly I've experienced not only a fuller penis 24/7 but also new gains. There is a such thing as too much. If your beating the shit out of your dick all day every day your not giving it time to grow.
