Light workout everyday?

  • Light workout everyday?

    Perhaps a light workout everyday would be a better approach for gains?
    So it would grow/heal and rest during the day.

    Like in some cultures were they stretch their necks lips etc, what I have
    read they have it under pressure all the time, then they jump up to have a
    bigger lip plate for example. Well, just wondered how we could apply this on PE in any way.

    Or perhaps its not possible in the same way.

    It will with extenders and ads, the longer you're in it the faster you will grow, more time is much better than less time with more tension/weight.
    But with jelqs I don't think that works the same.

      Yes I didn't mention what workout. Jelq was my question actually. What do you think
      about girth work then, squeezes etc?

        Better to do a normal workout and take a full rest day

          I do a light workout every other day. Been doing it for two weeks now. Warmup, light stretching, 100 wet jelqs, 50 v jelqs, edging and maybe some uli's. I've also been doing a lot of warming/light stretching outside of the workouts, since I have an electric heating pad. I just heat while doing schoolwork (mostly reading/writing) and every 20 mins or so I'll do a few stretches. It's only been two weeks, but I'm really liking it. Have had some great morning wood, very good flaccid hang and I believe some erect gains as well.

            I think just like when you are working out your biceps or your chest you can't work out those muscles everyday because they need time to recover. Recovery is when gains happen in my opinion, just sayin.

              Yeah I prefer to do a daily light workout... seems to be working okay.

                I have not decided yet how to do. Will test it then.

                One thing, which others here might agree on, that it shrinks a bit the first rest day, then
                the day after it goes back to become bigger. Anyone noticed this, or is this a bad sign?

                If I do my workout 3 days and then take 1 day off.
