Perhaps a light workout everyday would be a better approach for gains?
So it would grow/heal and rest during the day.
Like in some cultures were they stretch their necks lips etc, what I have
read they have it under pressure all the time, then they jump up to have a
bigger lip plate for example. Well, just wondered how we could apply this on PE in any way.
Or perhaps its not possible in the same way.
