What you have is called delayed ejaculation. Too firm a grip during masturbation is part of the issue.

Try to cut back even more with the porn, and masturbate less and you'll be fine. It'll take time, but eventually you'll be able to come more frequently and more easily. Be sure to let your girlfriend know it has nothing to do with her--that it's your issue. I think the less you think about it, and the more you focus on her, the better. Sometimes there is the issue of trying to please the gal too much too--if this makes sense to you.

Many men here would give their eye teeth to be in your situation. And don't worry about premature ejaculation. It'll never happen in your case.
