I've been https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html for around 60 days with a 3 week pause due to loss of interest. I've started again though but I'm also very interested in gaining girth as well with this technique.

I usually do JP's technique after coming back from the gym after warming up with a bath. Also is it ok to warm up in a hot bath instead of cloth?

Anyway, I was thinking to add the "Horse Squeeze" routine for girth but to do it in the morning, and continue my regular JP routine in the afternoon. Do you think that this would be too intense or is it safe to proceed like this?

P.S. I also gained around 0.3" length in only 3 weeks which i'm very proud off and looks promising
