Seen a few posts that target rest or no rest days. I always done rest days and
during those days I have felt like its "repairing itself". But I have always done intense routines
following the exercise and rest days formula. Anyway, now I would like to hear from some
of you if you have ever tried the daily light routine and if it has given you any good results, what
I mean is a routine that is not that intense but doing it everyday.

So, this poll the question is: Have you gained either trough
