I've just begun to do the exercise, my firts workout were yesterday, I'm planing to folllow the Beginners Rotine, I'll do 10 min of warm up, 5 min of stretching, 20 Jai stretches, 10 min of jelq, and 60 kegels, then I'll slowly increase the amount of exercise. I'd like to know if I'm beginning in the right way, and if yes, how much time will it take for the gains to come. My penis has 6 inches length and I haven't mesured the girth yet, please answer me, thank you from now

Your routine looks good for a beginner, try adding a warm down if you have time, and possibly edging also. As for you seeing gains, it can take a few weeks to a few months. Everyone is different, you just have to stay motivated and let the gains come whenever they do.Start
