    Hi Guys,

    I thought I would share my excercise with you, as I am a stubborn gainer and all girth excercises I have tried failed. First of all my stats and a history of my training:

    Started June 2010: el 5.5 eg ms 4.5

    Trained length and girth for 4-5 months: el 5.7 eg ms 4.7

    (started giving up hope and had too much work so quit for 2 months)

    Then started training length and a bit of girth in Feb 2011, quickly built up to hanging as I was already conditioned.

    5 months hanging - only straight down and between cheeks as I was determined to lengthen ligs - built up to 9kg weight

    el 6.4 eg ms 4.8 (gained because base is thicker)

    then decided that I was satisfied with my achieved length gains and so started on only girth. I have done 3 months ish of girth and now:

    el 6.4 ms 5.2 - 5.4 (depending on excitement)

    I would like to share my method of excercise with you:

    Of course I use clamping (as I am a stubborn gainer), however, I use a slightly different method. I cut the fingers out rubber kitchen gloves and roll them into rings (I get large size and then stretch them a little bit) I then watch porn to get hard and slip on the index finger ring and push it to the bottom. I then gently masturbate whilst watching porn - every minute or so I slip my left index finger underneath the ring and pull down towards my balls as this allows more blood to flow in. After 5 mins I put my index finger under the ring and with my right hand I put pressure on my gouche against then pubic bone which drives a huge amount of blood into the shaft.

    After ten minutes I add a smaller finger on top of the larger one to increase restriction and then repeat the above excerise. Usually I bring myself to the edge of coming 3-4 times during this excercise. 20 mins is a good time, however, 10 will still benefit you hugely. After 30 mins - I have measured at over 5.5 eg ms...

    WARNING: always start with the biggest rubber ring first.

    SECOND WARNING: shave yours balls first as the rubber ring will pull on the hairs

    THIRD WARNING: when you are starting out - it will hurt a bit by the rubber ring if you excerise too long (keep in mind it will be uncomfortable anyway towards the end)

    I train monday, tuesday, rest wed then thurs, fri and rest sat, sun

    I would recommend this to anyone who is ADVANCED at girth training and is having trouble gaining.

    Hope this helps other people - it is the combination of clamping and edging that makes this technique so effective.

    I need a name for it... hmmmm

    there is no way that that rubber glove ring will fit me.. I expand quite a bit and would have to cut it off

      great sharing mate! it looks very effective judging by your impressive gains... I d like to know if you gained more CS or CC as they say clamping increases CS the most

        Interesting exercise. Dont like all the porn but might work. Perhaps I will try this.

        Another good exercise I currently practice is the "Isolated compression squeeze" from the
        MOS dvd. I feel it really impact on girth. But this probably is more intense than your rubber
        glove thing. Leaving your unit tired, I am not sure, done this for about a week and I do think
        i've gained like 0.1 eg. What this exercise does is maximize the blood and push the blood up,
        down, left and right, it has no other were to go than to expand in these directions. With
        the circular motion blood circulates in a great way, I also push upwards just beneath the
        base above the sack pushing blood in but not out.

            I'm not totally getting this. You cut the fingers off the large rubber glove. You stretch the cut finger out a few times and then roll it up to make a ring? I'm lost at this part!!!
            It sounds really good though. I wanna try. Please could you explain the ring part again

              Yes you do have impressive girth - however, it will fit you - just use the thumb. It is suppose to be very tight - the tighter you have it the greater the pressure - the bigger the gains. Also, the ring becomes looser with time - in order not to waste the little finger I usually wrap it over the end of a lucazade bottle and leave it for a week - then it fits niceeee :-) (so you could do the same but with something wider)

                Sorry i didnt explain that good - I get a heavy duty household rubber glove (not the ones with cotton lining on the inside) medium or large size. I cut the fingers off the glove and then cut the tips of the fingers off. I am left with 5 rubber tubes. I then fold/ role the tubes into rings (perhaps 3-4mm wide).

                Take 1 big ring and one smaller ring and stick on some porn - preferably something with big round arses :-) (I also use lube as am circumsized)

                1 more thing I have missed - sorry! I forgot I used to do this at the beginning -

                when cutting the fingers out - if you want to create a looser ring then you simply cut less of the finger out - so the rubber tube you create after cutting is shorter in length.

I NEVER try to clip the whole ring off as this would be too close to the skin. Instead just clip the outside of the ring - the tension on the rubber splits the rest of the ring.

                          Also, in a testing phase and a theory of mine, during rest days I do a very
                          very light version of this like 3 times a day to keep as much new blood circulating
                          and keeping the pressure. It feels great. Having an engorged penis all day long. Not sure that
                          helps, anyway this exercise is really good for girth. And what I have heard and
                          read this is what women want a thick penis so that is my first target. DLD of
                          MOS dvd said in the clip that this was his best girth exercise.

                          I really want a straighter penis, but not fully straight, that would not be
                          as sexy or as funny for the girls

                          But I never stretch my penis on rest days, because I believe stretching
                          on rest days is ineffective and the penis gets really tired, breaking down instead of
                          building up. Tested this during a long period, that is stretching everyday and what
                          I know of has not made any gains.

                          Regardless, my girth gains came with the isloated compression
                          squeeze and pretty fast.

                          Yes one more thing, doing this might make the lower part of your penis bigger
                          than the rest, I have noticed this, so I have started to do "Mini isolated compression
                          squeeze". That is, have your basic grip very close to the other near the glans.
                          When I think of it, this might help people with baseball bat effect, then this
                          would be done the reverse way closer to the base.

                          Do these with 50-70% erect. More would make the circular motions impossible
                          and no pressure.

                              Sorry, its wrong you should do the circles in the same direction. Almost
                              like you jiggle it.

                              This routine is from the DLD and I have not invented it, I have only been
                              doing it for about 2 weeks. The flaccid state is bigger during the day.
