    Well, I started seriously at PE on the 16th Dec 2010. I have taken quite regular planned breaks of up to a week during this time but have also over-trained a few times as well. I was a slow gainer so didn't make any gains in the first 3-4 months so no gains that could have been contributed to improved eq. I have gained .6" in length and .25" in girth in this time. Solidish gains, so I'm relatively pleased.
    I'm on a decon break at the moment of no porn and no touching my penis as my eq has been down recently and couldn't get past 80% erection level. I've been using porn as tool to get full erections for my exercise and especially for edging. I've become quite dependant on it. I've been thinking about concentrating on lenght before girth now and reach my length goals first, so I was thinking of only doing stretch type exercises for awhile.
    I guess the advice I'm looking for is, do you think I should continue on with the no porn rule and do my best to edge once a week using my mind only? I really do depend on porn to get fully hard. Also, 3-4 times a week, have stretching routine only to gain length, so no jelqing, no squeezing, no supra slammers. Do you think this is a bad idea? Will I lose my girth gains if I go cold turkey on stretching only?
    Any advice on where I should go from here would be appreciated.

    I'm having the same trouble too, because I need to have some ideas in my mind for edging etc. Imagination can only take me so far. I have cut down from once a week to once every 2-3 weeks. You can try webcams I guess. Or just some erotica.

    have you tried to cement your gains before?

      I've tried the webcam approach but sometimes it can get very boring (myfreecams). I don't know is it down to desensitizing or overtraining but I have noticed with webcams that after a while I need stronger images to keep me interested i.e. porn. A tit just won't do it for me
      I don't like depending on porn but ever since I started masturbating in my mid teens, I have always needed some visual help. Back then though, a womens underwear catalogue was more than enough help. I've gone 6 days now without looking at anything remotely sexual and I'm wondering should I try to keep going. My brain will probably improve but my pe routines might suffer. I haven't cemented my gains at all but as I said I'm a fairly slow gainer so maybe they were cemented already

          Thanks Grendel08. I will give this a try. I do not have an addictive personality so I'm not pleased to be so dependant on porn. I think I will try to kick the habit.

            Holy Shit! I just had a quick look at this website. It has audio erotic stories too. I just had a preview of a couple and my blood started to boil, lol. Excellent.                 I'm big into the audio when it came to porn. The sound of a woman moaning is heaven to me so this audio erotica could work for me. I'm thinking headphones in, lights off, close my eyes, relax and slowly edge to a women talking about her erotic thoughts and experiences.                     If you have to depend on porn to get an erection it signals a problem. I would definitely avoid porn and even more than mild fantasy. I think you would be best off completely abstaining from any aid in generating an erection. It may take weeks, but thinks should start to right themselves. If it costs you a couple of good edging sessions, so be it. It is well worth it to break your porn addiction.
