Well, I started seriously at PE on the 16th Dec 2010. I have taken quite regular planned breaks of up to a week during this time but have also over-trained a few times as well. I was a slow gainer so didn't make any gains in the first 3-4 months so no gains that could have been contributed to improved eq. I have gained .6" in length and .25" in girth in this time. Solidish gains, so I'm relatively pleased.
I'm on a decon break at the moment of no porn and no touching my penis as my eq has been down recently and couldn't get past 80% erection level. I've been using porn as tool to get full erections for my exercise and especially for edging. I've become quite dependant on it. I've been thinking about concentrating on lenght before girth now and reach my length goals first, so I was thinking of only doing stretch type exercises for awhile.
I guess the advice I'm looking for is, do you think I should continue on with the no porn rule and do my best to edge once a week using my mind only? I really do depend on porn to get fully hard. Also, 3-4 times a week, have stretching routine only to gain length, so no jelqing, no squeezing, no supra slammers. Do you think this is a bad idea? Will I lose my girth gains if I go cold turkey on stretching only?
