I have never had a problem with EQ and morning woods in all my life but during PE partiularly I almost loose my morning woods.Since I am afraid of overtraining I have limited my routine by 40 minutes at total,but still have the same problem...Some people here claim that PE imroves your EQ and you get a rock hard erection early in the morning but I dont have these experiences.Positive side of my routine is; now I have a plumpy and girthy apperance both in flaccid and erected state
my routine is as listed below;
10-15 minutes warm-up with a wet towel
7.5 minutes of stretching in all directions(30 sec X3 rep)
22.5 minutes of wet jelqing
10 minutes of edging
Although I had several long breaks in one year,I have already completed 6 months in PE,do you think I am suffering from overtraining?
