  • Positive and negative signs together...

    I have never had a problem with EQ and morning woods in all my life but during PE partiularly I almost loose my morning woods.Since I am afraid of overtraining I have limited my routine by 40 minutes at total,but still have the same problem...Some people here claim that PE imroves your EQ and you get a rock hard erection early in the morning but I dont have these experiences.Positive side of my routine is; now I have a plumpy and girthy apperance both in flaccid and erected state

    my routine is as listed below;

    10-15 minutes warm-up with a wet towel
    7.5 minutes of stretching in all directions(30 sec X3 rep)
    22.5 minutes of wet jelqing
    10 minutes of edging

    Although I had several long breaks in one year,I have already completed 6 months in PE,do you think I am suffering from overtraining?

    how many days on/off are you doing?when I tried 3 on on 5 on or even 2 in a row I noticed my morning wood gone.But when I do 1 day on 1 off I seem to wake up with wood multiple times threwout night morning

      Your smooth muscle may not be keeping up wit the expansion of your tunica which would result in lower EQ. Maybe this could be the problem?

        More rest days should help.

          For some reason when I jack off before I go to sleep I always wake up with morning wood. When I stop masturbating for PE purposes I do not wake up with morning wood. Go figure.

            Thank you all for your helpful ideas...first of all,I am following 3 days on-2 days off routine...I didnt ejaculate before I got to bed cause I wasnt horny at all...if this is the case what can I do with my smooth muscles? also I am not a newby for PE,3 days in a row shouldnt be a problem normally

              Remember everyone's body is different. You may want to mix up your schedule and see if it helps. Try 1on 1off, 2on 1off, 2on 2off etc, until you see what works best for you.
