Thread: 4th day of PE: got a problem

I have been doing pretty much the same as you, scapegoats.
I have come to the conclusion that 4 days a week is plenty when doing the full routine. I will be dropping down to Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday workouts, with perhaps a warm-up and stretch on a down day if I have nothing better to do.
I also suspect I have been gripping a bit too much. I can really feel a build-up of pressure in my glans when forcing the blood up my shaft (I don't jelq the glans, of course). I have been putting a bit of a stretch into the jelqs, as well, I think. I don't release the first hand until the second is half way up the shaft, is this too strong?
I don't get any negative PIs.

Edging is a type of exercise and must be factored into the workload. You should focus on the JP90 day routine and only that untill you have completed it. I may have different opinions than some but I think way to many people are edging for too long and too frequently. It is a great stamina exercise but still an exercise never the less.
Take a day or so off and follow the rest of the advice you have been given thus far and good luck with getting back in the game quickly.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I had the same problem early in my newbie training. I was stoked and dedicated and over-trained to the point that my EQ went way south. It was scary. I took a couple days off and resumed my training on a lighter routine and my EQ returned to 10. I picked up the pace later and my EQ suffered again but this time I knew that it was over-training that was causing it, so I just monitored it and kept my training at a level that didn't negatively affect my EQ. You will learn your body and find out where that point is.
Also, as Big O said you may want to concentrate on the JP90 solely and save the edging for more advanced work later on.
