No stretching, No nothing. Just warm up, jelq and cool down routine only. And no more than 100 jelqs. EVER!!
This is the only routine that makes my penis see ammediate results over night. Anything elce and my penis actually shrinks due to the amount of stress placed on it. I strongly belive that evryone is overtraining. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Everyone is different. If 100 jelqs works best for you then stick with it.

I told you before to do what works for you.. Everyone is different, some of us do a one hour routine and our penis can handle it. Congrats on realizing what works for you

Iv noticed that edgeing does give me harder erections but only jelqing alone gives me the thickness and the extra hang. I dont need the erect length or the girth, but i do enjoy the feeling of more size when flacid. So on that not i think i will stick to what i know works for me.
