    After my 150 squeezes this morning, I performed my erect kegels. As I stroked my unit and kegeled, I was just struck with the thought "Holy Crap, this is not my penis, this is a porn stars penis".

    Squeezes do give me a temporary gain in mid shaft girth. I measured this temporary elevated girth. It was almost 6.0".

    I just now plugged in the difference between 5.75" and 6.0" into my spread sheet for volume, and this represents a 10% increase in volume. Very noticable. I literally was in awe of my unit. This gave me a glimps into what an 8 x 6 unit will be like.

    All I can say is holy crap! It will truly be a thing of beauty.

    Hehe that is funny! Shining 8 x 6 for the ladies!

    Congrats of your amazing results. I'm getting there. Started a 1 day on
    3 day of routine now and I feel things are happening. Intense girth work then
    rest I believe is the way to go!

      About 40 days ago, I also made this change to a more intense workout, and rest days. Best of luck with your adventure.
