So, what little habits or such have you gotten since doing PE to help maximize your gains or to gain every possible bit? For example, I started taking fish oil, hydrating much better than I ever would have otherwise, wearing traction wrap some days, and doing Jai streches sometimes when I go to the bathroom. All because I really want to gain and gain as much as possible as soon as possible. Have you guys gained any similar habits, or even better have any of these easy little things to do to help gain?
And for those who don't know how what I do helps gains, fish oil helps circulation, water gives me a better flaccid (and circulation/ erection quality), traction wrap (Traction Wrapping 101 - penis exercise For Size and Hardness), and jai stretches are a simple and easy stretch you can do almost anywhere.
