I have been Pe'ing for three months with nothing but positive results. Tonight I was in the shower and did one stretch straight out with medium to low pressure and felt a very slight pain and stopped immediately. I have felt similiar pain/discomfort when stretching before but this time the lig on the right side of my penis instantly swelled up. I know it is a lig because it has no color. I was worried I had injured myself so after getting out of the shower I made sure I could get an erection. I did so with no problem and my erection was just as hard as I am used to with no pain or discomfort. The lig is still swollen and feels mushy under the skin and very visible. I feel like I can move the swollen lig under the skin almost like its not attached if that makes sense. I have also noticed that if I dont mess with it the swelling goes down to almost not visible but if I try to massage the lig it swells up again. Again I maintained a normal erection with no pain or discomfort but this swollen puffy lig has me concerned. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I can't say I have experienced this, fortunately. You should obviously take a few days off for that to subside, and while resting for the few days, apply heat regularly to make the recovery faster and smoother.Start

Thank you for your responses. I woke up this morning with the usual morning wood and my penis seems to be functioning normal. The lig is barely visible but I can still feel it under the skin.I am definitely taking a break until Im back to 100%. I'm thinking I just overtrained and the lig is swollen due to this? I am still concerned though. Does anyone else know what this might be? The lig starts at the base on the right side of my penis and runs up my penis towards the middle on the underside. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
