it says in the exercises section that you shouldnt stretch directly from underneath the head as it is dangerous. you should stretch about 1 inch below it instead. With a penis extender you are stretching the penis with the head so it dont make sence. is there anyone out there whos had an injury from stretching from the head and should it be avoided?

You should not stretch or jelg past the beginning of the glans. Some give extra room like an inch to assure this does not happen. Some have a good clamp technique to get as close to the glans without passing into it which I use. The main thing really is to be careful not to go into the glans.Begin 7/25/2011:
