    Hello everyone,
    I have been gone for about two months after completing jp's 90 day routine. Is it ok to come back now and do some advanced exercises or go back to beginner exercises because I lost most of my gains (mainly flaccid ones).Thanks in advance for advice and help

    I think if you have had two months off you should go back to a beginner routine. Every guy has to start slow after a break no matter how much PE they have done in the past. However, the more experience you have the better you can judge when you are ready to step it up, maybe you don't need 90 days warmup, better to be safe if you aren't sure though

      If you gotten gains from jp90, even though you lost them, then jp90 works for you so keep doing it.
