I virtually have no girth exercises in my routine, unless you count jelqs. I was looking to add some girth to my penis. So to the members who have seen gains girth wise, what exercise did you find the most beneficial towards your girth gains?

uli, squeezes, and hanging for base girth.
it is worth noting that these exercises are very dangerous and not for beginners.The force is strong with you young Skywalker. Obi Wan has trained you well.

i wrote this in a thread with the same subject a few months ago. i see that you just joined. do a conditioning routine before messing with any advanced exercises.
when i do uli's i do a few very specific things first.
start with a 20 minute warm up. do not skip this step and do not half ass this step. this is probably the most important thing you can do effective girth work. i like to use a rice sock rather than a wet towel because staying dry keeps me warm and rice holds its heat longer.
after a solid warmup, stretch and jelq for about 5 minutes to get your blood flow correct, i like to be around 75% full when i start doing uli's. get a light ok grip around the base and squeeze a kegel, allow the blood in (you should feel it almost like a lump passing through the ok) and hold it in. about every 5-10 seconds, do another kegel and use the ok grip like a valve to let blood in and out to maintain the proper pressure inside.
you'll see veins swell, the head will fully engorge, and the area above the ok grip will be very firm. hold this for 1-2 minutes depending on your conditioning. sometimes i'll squeeze the blood out of the head and kegel to refill it and promote good circulation.
a slightly more intense variation that i like a lot is the squeeze. start like a normal uli, once you are fully engorged, take your other hand and squeeze the glans - allow about half the blood out of the head, then tighten the ok slightly and squeeze the head. you will feel very intense mid shaft expansion. try to get the ok as close to the base as possible. this is a very intense advanced exercise.
jelqing and heat between sets is very helpful and i would recommend it. these are not exercises for beginners. i would not recommend marathon training to someone who never ran before, and this is very much the same. if you are not conditioned you will rupture blood vessels and have nasty bruises or worse. you need to work up to these exercises. i feel that more than anything these exercises are responsible for any girth gains i have made.
