    It looks like a great idea... I just have a question regarding the "rotations" :
    How do you do it ? Do you mean : rotations like when you're accelerating with a motorbike ? You turn your wrist ? clockwise, then counter-clockwise (and that's 1 or 2 "cranks" ?)
    Or do you mean rotating "around" using the other hand as the pivot point ? (like if you were playing with a joystick).
    It's kinda confusing...

    Like a joystick. Don't go trying to twist your dick like you are doing a bundled stretch. Just rotate it around the OK grip at the base of your penis while you try to push your hands closer together.

    It is indeed AMAZING

    I love it, and so does my (not so) little buddy ^^

    Thank you again. Instead of doing horse squeezes I'm now doing this exercise and i really believe that it is easier to do (I always lose my EQ while doing horse squeezes) AND also more efficient!
