I can not understand an erection that lasts just for 30 seconds and then goes away. I'm suffering from random uncontrollable boners that last for hours. I'm 19. How old are you? Keep a good overall health (exersise, eat healthy, sleep well) Edging and Kegels help a lot. I see you last 30 seconds erect then th erection fades away.
