  • 6 Months in , need some advice from the pros

    Hello Everyone,

    I am a long time lurker on these forums and would like to thank everyone for there helpful contributions to the P.E. world.
    I started P.E in May with hopes of getting 2 inches in gains.

    My stats are:

    7.2 NBEL
    5.1-2 EG

    I am trying to get to the ever so popular 8x6!

    However, I have had very marginal gains if any gains for six months of work . I used the 90 JP program with not much success and the DLD program from Matterofsize.com (Using DLD since beginning of Sept) . The only gains I have seen is in BPFSL which was 7.4 and is now 7.8. In addition to stretching , I am doing workouts mainly using pumps and clamps for girth while doing Jelqs in between sets.

    A typical workout will be :
    5 min warm up
    20-25 min stretches all directions
    15 min flaccid pumps
    45 min erect pumps with a bathmate and airpump (6 sets of 5 min high pressure with jelqs or SSJ in between sets)
    10-15 min clamps
    5 min warm down
    ( I pump to about 8.3 BPEL in a tube and have measured 6.6-7 MEG for up to an hour post workout clamping!!)


    The thing is I don't have any negative P.I except dark skin from pumping and sore skin from stretching. Sometimes though I do feel like my dick is skinnier or not as long as usual when masturbating. I do get donuts and some fluid buildup after these workouts. But I Still can get morning wood, still can get rock hard.

    I am unsure of what to do next. I don't think my dick is overtrained since I don't have pain or serious negative P.I.

    I still enjoy P.E. but would like some guidance. What does the P.E. gym think??

    Gains are different for everyone. The fact that you gained some is 6 months is a good sign. Sometimes guys don't get gains for a year. If it was me I'd take 2 weeks off and do nothing. Then I would start back on a good jelqing routine ( about 15-20 minutes) with about 5 min of stretches and see what that brings in 3-6 months.

      Hey , I'd pay attention to what CUSP says .
      To me it seems you're using too much pressure .
      And perhaps too much of everything .
      Not to slow you down , but , take a break !!
      Before you have to .
      My opinion .

        Thanks for the responses.

        The thing that drives me to continue is the MASSIVE expansion at the end of my girth sessions. Its big and hard enough for me to rival the bigger guys in porn!

        I will follow the advice and take a few weeks off. I will post a progress update

        If I do not gain within the first two weeks using a "light" routine, would you suggest adding some more time/variations in or wait for a few months?

            Great advice from two great guys. I'm not sure how often you have been doing your routine, consider taking a couple rest days per week once you start up again. Do not underestimate the benefits of rest. An other thought is to increase your warm up time. Throughly heating penis, the kind that radiates heat from your penis before your workout.

              That was a great read from Big Al.

              I believe that following a program to a T is the best way to gain as judged by members of this forum, however after completing the JP program to a T I had no gain of any sort. Once I started the DLD program, I did gain some flacid stretched length ( My original stretch was smaller than my BPEL, now it can be 7.8-8).

              I am very confused as to what to do since the beginner routine did not help me gain at all!
              Maybe more warm up time can help.

              I am in a bind!

                Wow, that routine looks like too much. The basic principle to gained is like lifting weights.

                1. You slowly cause minute tears in the penile cells.
                2. The cells heal and after a while add more cells due to the strain produced on a constant level.

                When you tear too much, your penis first takes longer to heal which means not much if any gains, and it takes longer. So while you are PEing, it really can't heal so not growth is really going on at all. Do the basics but less tension. Remember little tears just like when you start at the gym, you only lift a little above what you are used to always although the weight will go up because you can lift more because you have more muscle tissue to compensate for the strain/resistance. Same principle applies here because the body still works the same just you are not building muscle tissue but penile tissue so different techniques.

                  Thanks for the advice.

                  The thing that has me torn between intense and patience is that I tried the 90 day routine without any gains. When I upped the intensity , I started expanding to huge girth and gained some stretched length. I am ready to get some newbie gains!

                  What do you guys think about doing a 1 day on intense 2 day off routine ?

                  I would do this using a lighter version of my current routine.

                    Depends on your body and how it fast it heals. If it heals and you do PE before it has a chance to add any new fibers then you might slow down the process. It also depends on genetics because some will gain faster than others. Both are important but the intensity must be gradual conditioning your penis to it. I do the 4 days on and 3 days off routine which I have been doing for about 1 1/2 months. Also, after two months and then some I took a few weeks off so my penis could fully repair and add new fibers. You know I actually gained from the two week rest period which surprised the heck out of me. In length is was .2 and the girth at the base was about 1/8th inch.

                    If you skin is hurting from stretching, you are using too much tension. Lighten up (small tears).
                    If your penis is turning purple, there is a lack of oxygen to the penis which means you are holding the pump
                    duration too long. I think if you are going to go this route, you may want to invest in x4extender instead which
                    is for more safer and clinically approved.

                      I will try to take 2 weeks off and see if I post any gains.

                      Just measured and my base girth is 5.5 from 5.2 , MEG still 5.2-3

                      My EQ seems to be lower which is defintley a negative PI
