  • Advice on this new routine...

    I recently just finished JP 90's routine, and gained 1/8th of an inch girth and no length.
    I originally set out for length, and now that my penis is conditioned, I was wondering is this was a reasonable routine for gaining length.
    I also wear the X4 extender for 1 hour before, or after PE'ing.
    Any advice is welcome.

    8 minute warm-up with rice sock
    10 minutes side to side stretches
    20 second internal stretch
    50 big circles
    20 second internal stretch
    5 minutes bundled stretches
    20 second internal stretch
    10 minutes edging
    5 minute warm down with rice sock
    25/08/11- start

    EL=5 13/16 inches EG=4.13/16 inches

    STG
    EL=6.0 EG=5.0

    MTG
    EL=6.3 EG=5.3

    LTG
    EL=7.0 EG=5.5

    Change your warmup and down to 10-15 minutes each. And edging to 20+ minutes
