This worries me a lot. I have read of some people who say they have lost their penis size. How do you avoid doing that? What causes it?

Well, once you gain a certain size (current goal would be a good place to start), cement the gains for a few months doing the same routine (nothing more or less); then about maybe twice a week keep doing some maintenance for a while is you plan to stop growing.
If you do plan to get bigger, then slowly advance your routine further and start the process all over again.
Now, for those who do unsafe PE hurting themselves having to take a break will lose some if not cemented well. Also because the penis really don't like to get hard when injured it will seem smaller but really it is a lack of blood filling the corpus members of the penis. Keep up a maintanance routine, if you think "its a wrap" when you reach your goal..dont! keep tuggin as usual for a couple months afterward and then stay with a maintanance routine.
I slacked for a bit and lost, length (over 200hours of freaking hanging) then I stopped for a whole month, and lost a little less than .25" (thats almost all my length gains). Im back at it again though, this time with an extender and manual , hanging is an unforgiving bitch imo :P.
Also dont take propecia or dht inhibitors your girth will be reduced and in some its indefinite even after discontinuation ( all anectdotal though).7.5"NBP (+.25")

I shall do this. How many months do you think I should do?
By starting the process all over again, what exactly do you mean?
Here is my routine I am doing now.
10 minutes warming.
10 minutes of 30 second stretches in different directions.
Here is how I jelq:
I try to stay at most 50% erect when I jelq. So I give myself a time limit of 15-20 minutes to do jelqing. I usually get about 4 or 5, maybe 6 reps of jelqs at a time before I get too hard. Then I wait for myself to become more flaccid. That usually takes about 20-30 seconds. Then I jelq once again. I do this within my time limit.
Then I do 100 kegels.
I take a hot shower as a warm down.
That is what I do now.
It is basically JP's 90 day routine but with a little different jelqing techniques, because I want to gain length first, and girth second.
Does this routine seem realistic or is it dangerous?
I usually take a break of 2-3 days because I don't do P.E. if my penis feels fatigued or worked. I wait until it feels back to normal and then I do 2 days of P.E.
Is it bad to wait 2-3 days? Could it decrease my gains?
