I recently finished my 40th session with my new routine (about 3 and a half months of PE), and decided to take a 2 week break as I hear that taking a few weeks off ever couple of months or so is beneficial and can add size on it's own as well. My original plan was to masturbate only on the weekends, but that hasn't been the case as I've been doing it nearly every day. My question is whether or not a lot of masturbation would be harming any potential gains I could make in any way. Should I lay off and take it easy? My 2 weeks is almost up, and I'll be re-starting on this coming Monday. But if masturbating a lot has caused me to not gain as much as I could of, do you suggest I take an extra week off and really be committed to not masturbate every day?
