    Dont give up man! Honestly I'm so glad I havent given up, there were times when I thought to myself "f**k it, its just not working" like my stupid decision to go cold turkey about 70days into the JP90, and just recently I was thinking about giving up but Big Al advised me to just keep going - and I have! Since he told me to just keep going I've gained (I think 0.25" BPEL and about 0.15" MSEG) as well as seeing 7.125" BPFSL frequently

    Bottom line, do not give up! You'll be so happy you decided not to when results start coming your way!

    Just a quick question! Do you take any supplements? If not, I know that's not all you need. I have been doing PE for 4 years off and on and I was in the same place. In the beginning I was getting frustrated as I am sure a vast percentage of guys on here. Genetics have alot to do with it some are quick growers and some....well, takes us longer. I discovered the right supps to really get the best results and have grown 1/2 inch in a month....the quickest progress I have made in the whole 4 years. You can read my post in the "introduce yourself" section I posted about what supplements I take. I have tried and spent alot of money on pro solution pills and didn't do anything for me. My goal on here is to share my knowledge and help as many people as I can. I have researched and spent many hours on this subject (more hours than I would like to admit) I could host an all day seminar to what I have learned. So bottom line to newbies don't get discouraged and if something is not right and not seeing gains, switch up your routine try new things. Just don't quit!

    Thanks guys for bucking me up.
    I've done PE every other day for 11 months and worn an extender 2 or 3 hours a day for almost 7 months.

    This is my routine.
    1. warm up with steamed towels or hot bath for 5 to 10 min.
    2. repeat Helicopter shakes, stretching in each direction with Kegels and circle stretching 5 times.
    3. 200 wet jelqs.
    4. warm down for 5 min.
    I'm a 19-year-old Caucasian and my LOT is at 6:00.
    Do you have any words of wisdom for me?

    Yeah, keep at it. And forget about LOT. And keep your warm up and warm down to 10+ minutes each.

    I never take any specific supplements for penis growing. I take just omega-3, Zinmax(Zinc Picolinate) and Centrum multivitamins.

    It was for me but that is where it stopped and appears to have stopped for good. Got frustrated and bought an extender logged more than 300 hours but still nothing. Some penises just dont take kindly to growth. Sucks.

    Once your growth plates close, your penis stop growing. PE does not promote tissue growth. PE only stretches the tissues, and over time it helps keep the tissues expanded. Some humans genetically have more potential for more elasticity than others. So to answer your question, through PE, scientifically speaking, No. It does not grow any more.

    If you have to, change your routine around. You've been only jelqing and wearing extender the past 7-11 months, try doing squeezes, ulis, supra slammers (not all at once obviously). You have to adjust the exercises to what fits you, if something doesn't give you gains in a few months, it's time to switch some stuff around. PE is all about trial and error.
