  • After JP90?

    Hey all

So, I am about 2 months through JPs 90 day beginner routine. I've made great length gains (6.5 to 7.25 currently) and moderate girth gains (went from 5.0 to 5.3 so far) but I'm just wondering about what to do next.

Now, I am considering hanging, because my penis tapers slightly at the base. Nothing huge, barely noticeable, but I wouldn't mind having a thicker base. Also, I've heard a lot of making sure you have the length you want before adding serious girth work, as serious girth can prevent length gains.

    So here is the plan:

I will continue JP90day, 2 days on, 1 day off. Except, I will add 1 15 to 10 minute session of hanging with a 2lb weight. Every week of this I will just add an extra session till I reach 4 15 to 20 minute sessions, then I'm gonna add 0.5 lb a week.

Does this sound too intense? That's my main worry. I responded really well to JP's routine, no negative PIs, so I'm not sure if this will be too much for me. My original goal was 8 inches in length, but considering I've gained an inch and a quarter in 2 months, I don't think 9 inches is unreasonable. I've read the hanging threads, and know the basics.

    So, thoughts? Too intense? Reasonable?

If jp90 has been working well for you then keep doing it and slowly get into hanging after your 3rd month and like you said, check your PI's of course like you've been doing so far and take your time.

Well, it is common to gain newbie gains but you need to cement them else they may slowly fade away. How much you gain has a lot to do with genetics and over health whether you are young or old. I would say do the length slowly to not over do it allowing your body to catch up providing the blood to fill the extended area. The base is one of hardest due to gripping to focus on but I believe you can if you grip under the sack, and do a reverse horse squeeze jelging downward.

Now can you get up to 9? Don't know. Again, genetics play a role just like they play a role even in how big you can get pumping iron on muscle groups. Some can't get 22+ guns but can get 50+ chest (genetics). Not everyone has Arnie genes for body building.

Yes, Im definitely gonna try and take it slow. No point in trying to rush ahead.

I'm only 22, but I'm in awesome shape. Don't smoke, barely drink, eat really healthy, work out all the time.
I defintely plan on keeping this up for the rest of my life, so cementing gains isn't a huge concern.

But about the exercise you suggested, do I have this correct?
An ok grip on the penis like a jelq, except, instead of having the sack hanging free, its on the other side of my fingers, and then just reverse jelqing?

Cementing gains should be a concern no matter who you are because your body needs to become accustomed to the modification. If you stop pumping iron for building muscle, then over time it will decrease. But now if you stop gaining muscle and just stay at that weight which leads to toning the muscle, it will take a whole lot longer to lose. The same here, your penis will want to return to its normal state unless you cement the gains. Every three or four months, you should stay at the same routine without increasing the intensity for a month to cement what you already have. You cannot cement at the same time your body is healing/adding fibers.

The base jelg is reverse but your clamp hand is under the sack so you can push more blood into the base area. This is an advanced exercise so what until you have complete the 90 days, bro. Safety first. To focus more on girth, lessen the tension on the pulls for stretches.

Appreciate the advice. I will do the full 90 days before I attempt anything else, for sure. PE is just so damn addictive I want to do it non-stop lol.

                    I would continue the routine.

So in all you were doing like 150 wet jelqs, 90 v jelqs a day 5 days out of the week for 2 months? Along with the stretches.
Used to do PE on and off 2 years ago. I was 6.75 NBPEL, Measured a bit ago and was 7. Now keeping track.

Started serious PE - Start of march 2012 (once again restarted)
                    NBEL 7.0
                    BPEL 7.25
                    EG 5.60

                    Measuring start of August -

                    Long term goal -
                    NBPEL 9.00
                    EG 6.50

Actually slightly less, i was doing 2 days on, 1 day off. and yes, stretches were critical

I've been doing like 70 wet jelqs along with the stretches. I Find it very very hard not to get erect during jelqing.

Really? I will get a semi but never a full on erection. The only time I get hard is when I do V jelqs.
                          10-25-11
                          BPEL: 7 x 5.25
                          NBPEL: 5" fat pad:(

                          BPEL: 7.25" EG: 5.5"

                          Overall goal:

See, I am the exact opposite, I got completely flaccid during v jelqs, i actually have to have some porno going to even maintain 30%. regulars jelqs don't do much for me either. Weird.
