back yet again !

Hey all,
long story short i had surgery 3 months ago so i am out of pe about 6 months total.
but i have been doing the basic jp 90 days workout.
now im back with a bang ready to go.
i have lost an inch since last time im back at my small 6 inch
ready to work .
