I've noticed the same thing. My bpfsl is about .25 inches longer than my bpel but i've always had a rather stretchy penis, a grower. Sometimes, but its very rare, if im edging for about 5 mins or so i get a really good eq going and then i kegel and hold it, its kind of tricky on the timing but its just before the ponr, and then i uli for about 10 secs while still holding the kegel. Thats the only time i can get my bpel the same as my bpfsl. Just an idea to test if you have time don't know if that would be considered "cheating". If your kegels aren't strong enough to do this try doing less kegels and holding them for longer.

I hope it catches up. I started out with 7 in fsl but now it's 8-8.25 with a 7 nbp and 7.25bpel Would love to have an 8 inch nbp!

In response to a similar thread topic, I wrote the following a month ago (btw, since then, my bpfsl has increased to 7.6" and my bpel has increased to 7.25", providing further evidence of just how reliable this process has been for me):
"I have been using an X4 since June 1, and during the first month, I used it about 5 hours each day. The first sign of an effect was that I had consistently harder erections, and I felt this almost immediately. After about two weeks, I felt that my penis was stretchier, which probably meant that my BPSL had increased but I didn't know enough then about PE to measure. My first BPEL increase was probably two weeks after that, about a month into using the extender.
Since then, I have used the extender a bit less rigorously, going down to about 2-3 hours a day, but I still have consistently gained on average 1/8" each month. In total, I've now gained from 6.5" to 7.0" BPEL. It's an amazing feeling. I still don't feel like I have a big dick, but I'm starting to feel like I have a large-average dick. My BPFSL recently went up to 7.5" so I'm expecting my BPEL to shoot up again shortly. I think once I reach 7.5" BPEL I'll finally feel that I have a big one."
I don't know what the upper limit to growth through an extender is, but at this point it seems like a pretty reliable process. You wear it at x length for a few weeks and your BPFSL will increase, and shortly after that, the BPFSL increase will translate into a BPEL increase. Then you increase the extender to x+y length. I'm hoping that by repeating this process I'll be able to hit 8" BPEL by my PE anniversary next June!!

I don't really think its set in stone that flaccid gains precede erect. I've *always* made great erect gains months before any flaccid gains showed up, and this has never changed even though now my flaccid has really caught up to my erect size. I've also always been a massive grower, there could be some correlation to this. I think showers would tend to get quick flaccid gains and growers quick erect gains. In the end though I guess it doesn't matter much, a gain is a gain.

Yea, I have read the theory but also i have just started extending, working on my 3rd week. In 3 weeks i have gained 7/8th of an inch in BPFSL totaling 8 inches, where my BPEL is only 7 1/8. According to the theory i should stop and concentrate on girth based exercises such as clamping, but im sort of at a crossroads on future progress. If its just a sign of whats to come then thats great, 8 BPEL is in my future. Also i wouldnt like to concentrate any on girth before length, girth is sitting right at 1/8th +/- 6 inches depending on EQ. So any suggestions would be great, but i think just staying with the extending currently is my best option.
