I can agree with that view. Ideally new users wouldn't rush right in and take some time to really study and learn, but as you point out - not all users take that approach and therefore i do understand the need to assume the lowest- common- denominator for safety reasons.
Either way, thanks for not taking offense, i just wanted to offer a different view.

Yes, the reason to complete the JP 90 routine is to learn about your penis more. What it can take, what is too much, etc. Knowing this is far more important than the actual "conditioning" that it may do for you. Just my two cents. Pumping and extending, if done safely, is totally fine to begin with. I would not recommend it, especially since it is easy to overdo the pump pressure, but theoretically if implemented safely there is absolutely no danger.

I'm still fairly new to be using devices, so will be going with the hands for now... Can anyone answer my question of whether stretching your dick 6-12 times a day in addition to the 90 day routine would be good practice for a beginner?

jelqing and stretching. I started by holding my stretch for 10 seconds and built up to 30 seconds. I also move from 2. 4, 6, 8, 10. and 12 o'clock. I finish with an around the world stretch.Valued Member of 6+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
