    how long should i hold the stretch for?
    i did 40s for my first tine

    Id just start out doing it for 10sec for 3 sets, then up the time 5 sec every 2 weeks.

    1 inch in a month my fucking ass. I have been doing this shit for a year and have lost size.

    Hi guys,

    I am quite interested in mandingo stretches but although I read the article I could not understand the instructions clearly. Can someone explain it in a basic way,with a simple language? 1 inch in one month looks exactly overrated but it worths to try,since it looks promising...Thanks in advance!

    I did two sets of 40 seconds my first time. I'm sure I'm conditioned enough for it. I felt the stretch for sure ... and I had a nice plump hang afterwards.

    Amoik, Viking, for the second time the inch in a month is utter dog shit. Toad, i hold it from anywhere between 20-40 seconds depending on feel il do the same time for each hand

    I'm pretty sure I'm conditioned enough for something higher than 10 seconds. I've been doing PE for 5 months or so.
